It's All About ANIMALS!

August movies that I've watched seems to have something in common, it's about animals! Let's discuss what I am talking about.

1. Wolf Creek - August 5 (Robinson's Galleria) - The animal in this film is in the human form! I mean, the main villain character here can be considered as an animal because of the ways he was doing to make his slaves suffer. The story is about the three friends visited the wolf creek then in the middle of the night encountered problems in their car's engine. So there was the animal, I mean the villain who was lending his help by repairing the defect on the car. He also let them go to his "hideout" and have some dinner. Upon waking up, the three friends found themselves in the world of tragic! Each one of them suffered from severe pain. The villain was playing his three "toys" in the way that was really "nakakadiri". I think the story is very common and found same plot on other movies. The movie also stated that it was based on a true story. My favorite scene was the "mini" rape scene... hehehe.. naughty...
2. The Ant Bully - August 5 (Robinson's Pioneer) - I love this cartoon film! Really funny and full of lessons! This time, it's about the life of ants, and the main character, is their villain. Actually, at first I don't want to watch this but since it's a free treat naman from my friend, I jumped into the idea to watch na rin. I wasn't disappointed by this film, really cool! I don't know why my friend was sleeping while I'm enjoying the scenes! I love those scenes where the final battle between the colony of ants and the great destroyer! Not only ants, but also other insects helped together to put that destroyer away! And of course, the Ant Bully himself helped the entire community of "pests" and at the end, he became the great defender of the ant community. At least even for almost two hours, I became a kid again by watching this movie. :=)
3. Snakes On A Plane - August 26 (SM Megamall) - This movie is a mixture of everything, you will feel mixed emotions. There were scenes of comedy, action, suspense thriller, drama. But I think 50% of the film was comedy. Not that nice film but I think they were successfull in scaring the audience by the sound effects upon showing those snakes. Also, the story wasn't that interesting, kinda boring. While watching the movie, you can guess and predict what will happen next. And there was a scene that I think he was a manager in a company and doesn't know the capability of email in mobile phones! So babaw na eksena. I am not now wondering why it did not top the US box office, only 2nd spot on it's first week of showing even if a big star like Samuel L. Jackson is the lead star. So bagal pa ng kuwento. Anyway, many moviegoers were watching this movie the time I watched this, siguro kumita naman dito. No favorite scene at all!
