Music Albums for October - is the debut album from American pop rapper Soulja Boy. The album features his hit single "Crank That (Soulja Boy)". There are guest appearances by Arab and I-15.Since Soulja Boy is still a minor the album does not contain a Parental Advisory sticker. All the older songs have the vulgarities edited out, and the newer songs do not have any vulgarities. In its first week, sold 117,000 copies and debuted at number 4 on the charts. As of 10/28/07, has sold 235,000 and is number 18 on the charts. His single "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" reached the #1 spot on Billboard 100.

Exile on Mainstream - Exile on Mainstream is the fourth album by Matchbox Twenty and is a greatest hits album containing eleven previous hits and six new tracks that emerged from a twelve-song recording session in L.A., produced by Steve Lillywhite. The album was released on October 2, 2007, which is only one day over eleven years after their first album, Yourself or Someone Like You was released on October 1, 1996. In the same article, Rob Thomas stated that Paul Doucette, originally the band's drummer, would be playing rhythm guitar due to Adam Gaynor's departure. The album's title is a reference to the Rolling Stones' Exile on Main St. (the track "Disease" was co-written with Mick Jagger). All six of the new songs on the album were written by all of the members of Matchbox Twenty, a first for the group. Prior to this, the songs either were written by Rob Thomas himself or co-written with various members of the band or in the case of the song "Disease" co-written by Mick Jagger.

Go! - Go is the upcoming album by singer Mario. It is set for release in US on November 27, 2007, but was released in South Africa on the October 09, 2007.The album includes songs written and produced by The Neptunes, Stargate, Timbaland, Mr. Collipark, Polow Da Don, Akon and with guests such as Rich Boy and Juelz Santana. I love the song "How Do I Breathe"... hehehe...

Brave - Brave is the fifth English language studio album recorded by American singer Jennifer Lopez. The album was released on October 6, 2007 in Australia, October 9, 2007 in North America, and October 15, 2007 in the United Kingdom by Epic Records. It reached number 12 on the Billboard 200 on the first week of release, with 53,000 copies sold. It is her first album to not debut in the top 10 on the Billboard 200, even including her all Spanish album Como Ama una Mujer, which was released earlier in 2007.

From Nothin' to Somethin' - From Nothin' to Somethin' is Fabolous' fourth studio album released on June 12, 2007. Fabolous takes over the #1 spot on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and Top Rap Albums charts for the first time in his career and the album debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200, selling 159,000 copies in its first week and 266,000 worldwide. The album has been cetified gold for shipments and sales.
