Post Birthday Treat

Last 29th of January, Chichi and I treated our good friends for dinner. I celebrated my birthday on the 26th of January while Chichi was 25th. It was a long debate and search on where to eat. We want to taste and try something new. So we found ourselves in this Japanese restaurant in Greenbelt 5 named John & Yoko.

The atmosphere was really cool and the light decorations seemed so nice. I also like the idea of showing Japanese movies in black and white format for an additional design inside the place. With regards to the food, in fairness, masarap sya! I liked the crispy chicken, beef and the salmon. Sira na naman ang diet. Anyway, the restaurant was also serving bottomless iced teas in different flavors/colors. The price was reasonable and I really liked the place.

Afterwards, we had this photo session around Greenbelt. Haaaayyy... babae talaga ang hilig sa picture picture. So we gave our best pose and shot kahit na mukha na kaming tanga... hehehe... The girls enjoyed the photoshoot and made different styles on their own.

Lastly, our final pitstop was in Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf where we had of course, COFFEE! It was a treat from Sonny since he was the first to give up on our "eating contest" in an ultimate buffet dinner. Also on that place we ate our cakes given to us by Ann (and I think nagcontribute din ung iba... hehehe). That was a great night and for sure there will be more "dining' experience to come.

26 Last 26th

I turned 26 last 26th of January. I received a call from my father from Saudi and he greeted me and wished me success in life, haaayyy... I just missed my father... It was a simple celebration. How was my day on that time? Hmmm... The first thing that I did was of course, WORKOUT! I headed directly to Fitness First Ortigas and the reception greeted me "Happy Birthday". Maybe their system has an automatic birthday detection upon checking in. After my workout, I met with my mother and my sisters in Pasig Cathedral. Nagpamisa si Mama as thanksgiving and also for my sister because also on that day was my sister's 5th death anniversary. After the mass, my mother and I bought pansit, lechong manok, cake and ice cream. It was just a very simple and solemn celebration. We're altogether in our home, made a singing contest out of the Magic Sing... hehehe... Well, another year had passed... My only wish is good health and happiness in life.

Boys Night Out

Last 25th of January, I treated the boys from our team in a super over mega dinner. It was a "dampa" nature at the back of MoA. The other boys went to the wet market and purchased several seafoods. My requirement that time was tilapia! hehehe... because I don't eat seafoods and only fishes are allowed in my stomach. We came in to this "paluto" house named Trinity.

Whew! It was indeed a feast of great foods! Ang sarap ng pagkakaluto... We had sinigang na bangus, calamares, lapu-lapu, tahong, panga ng tuna, tilapia, pusit, etc... hehehe...

Everyone enjoyed their time and as usual, ang dami ko na namang nakain (lintek ilang araw ng sira diet ko). Anyway, we really had a good time and was quite lucky we saw Barbie Almalbis in the same restaurant we were eating. She was with her husband and other relatives I guess... She also performed that night!

After that super busong moment, the seven of us went to PAGCOR and spent a lot of money (hahahah... joke... 100 lang)... What we played inside the casino?! The ever famous slot machine! Hahahah!!! But it was still fun and a new experience to most of us.

Then, naughtiness came into our mind... hehehe... Rated PG... We went to this particular massage parlor in Paranaque and I think Topher is familiar with the place... nyahahaha... We entered the vicinity and made a pick in their "aquarium"... And the rest... was a HISTORY...

Training Days

I had a week long training last 4th week of January (21st to 25th) under Ms. Dawn Cagas for Syndications Manager. It was such a cool trianing and di naman ako inantok. Ma'am Dawn is always cool and really a technical and functional lady in the said module.

In our team, Louie and I attended the said training. There were also attendees from other department. On our second day, Ma'am Dawn treated us Starbucks coffee and a cheesecake! Hahahah... Really nice. The training ended with a lot of questions and the funny thing was that my other teammates consulted her for other module... CL to be exact... hehehe... Now, I should be prepared to face SynMan errors that will be reported by our bank clients... Haaay buhay...
